Thank you for choosing to have a look around our team's web site. We hope to bring you up to speed on our sport SPEEDCAR racing, the DAVIDSON RACING team and family behind the scenes that make it all happen.

It all started back in 1966...

It all started back in 1966 with John's father Alan Davidson at BAGOT PARK SPEEDWAY in Darwin (N.T. Northern Territory), and John starting his career in 1987 at Northline Speedway also in Darwin.

Where are we now?

These days the team bases itself on the south side of Brisbane, just a conrod's throw from the BRISBANE INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY, where we maintain the GAERTE motor and fine tune all aspects of the Number #12 racecar to prepare it for up to twenty race meetings a season around Queensland and all over Australia.

While your here check out the Photo Gallery, which is an assortment of shots of the various race cars we've had fun in over the years. The History page covers the whole deal, where it all began with a bit of info and photos of a few of the Davidson clan that have raced in various forms of speedway competition.

During the race season we will keep you up to date with our latest results, and provide info on upcoming events and generally what's on sprayed around the home page your on right now. If it's more info you crave on the #12 Speedcar (MIDGET is the American name for the racecar) then you better check out The Midget page as it has photos and specs on everything you'll ever need to know.

So have a look around and check out our team, feel free to send us an e-mail. We hope you enjoy what you see, and with a bit of luck we might encourage you to come and check out a race meeting close by, and after the race come down to the pits and say gidday where we normally have stickers, picture cards or sample bags to give away. It also gives you a chance to get a photo with you and the #12 Speedcar.
